I know I'm biased and it sounds like there are a lot of things Elena could review from the match but in the big picture I think that despite trhe Df's and despite the penalty point all at key moments her trainers have helped give her an amazing self belief and another level in which to dig deep and not be put off by the things that seem to always make unseat some of the "nearly" players
She will indeed have to up her game to go further though - but she is capable!!
Should have been paying more attention. Think Anne and Petra missed 4BP for a 5-2 lead, though from the stats, it's the ex-USSR team that has been pressing more.
