No British ITF grass tourneys for women any more. Is that it for the "East of England International Tennis Championships" at Felixstowe?
EDIT: oops, I think there may still be one British women's ITF on grass that I forgot about. It may even have had British winners this year. |

No 10Ks though
If they feel grass post Wimbledon is a waste could they not fit one in prior to Nottingham?

| There's a British Tour event in Felixstowe next week, by the way, and it appears that will be part of the no longer International 114th East of England Championships. |

Much to vohor's approval, this WC gives Lucy a ranking. |

That was meant to ironic , because of your known feelings on unearned ranking points. |

Hmmm; in the past I've railed against ranking points being "earnt" by, say, being double bagelled in Q1 of, say, Dubai 2009...
I've no objection to Lucy being given a leg-up, albeit it would be tainted if she's now double bagelled; help me out here, please, Lucy

That seems a very reasonable presumption--she definitely wasn't directly accepted. But it looks like Joss was moved into the MD, freeing her wild card.
